\u516c\u53f8\u5730\u5740<\/h3>\n<p>Registered Office\uff1a\u8be5\u5730\u5740\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u63a5\u53d7ASIC\u5b98\u65b9\u4fe1\u51fd\uff0c\u53ef\u4e0e\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8425\u4e1a\u5730\u5740\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u662fPO Box\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4f5c\u4e3aASIC agent\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5e08\u7684\u5730\u5740\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Principal place of business\uff1a\u751f\u610f\u5b9e\u9645\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u5730\u5740\u3002\u8be5\u5730\u5740\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u95f4\u653f\u5e9c\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u5f88\u591a\u8865\u52a9\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ecf\u8425\u5730\u5740\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4ee5\u6ce8\u518c\u65f6\uff08\u6216\u540e\u671f\u6709\u5411ASIC\u63d0\u4ea4\u4fee\u6539\u8fc7\uff09\u7684\u5730\u5740\u4e3a\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3. \u516c\u53f8officeholder\u4fe1\u606f<\/h3>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3aofficeholder\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u6309\u7167\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5Corporations Act&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
