surcharge)\u3002\u8be5\u9644\u52a0\u7a0e\u4ece2017\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u5df2\u7ecf\u4ece0.5\uff05\u589e\u52a0\u52301.5\uff05\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4fe1\u6258\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u9700\u8981\u7eb3\u7a0e\u7684\u7f3a\u5e2d\u4e1a\u4e3b\uff08taxable absentees\uff09\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u6574\u4e2a\u4fe1\u6258\u6240\u6301\u6709\u7684\u571f\u5730\u90fd\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7f34\u7eb3\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9644\u52a0\u7a0e\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u8d2d\u4e70\u7269\u4e1a\u4e4b\u524d\u8bf7\u52a1\u5fc5\u68c0\u67e5\u6e05\u695a\u60a8\u7684\u4fe1\u6258\u5951\u7ea6\u76f8\u5173\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
