Work Act 2009\u7684\u5c31\u696d\u5b89\u7f6e\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u7121\u85aa\u7684\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u5c31\u696d\u5b89\u7f6e\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u4e0d\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u96c7\u54e1\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7121\u6b0a\u7372\u5f97\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u6216Fair Work Act 2009\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5c31\u696d\u5b89\u7f6e\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u78ba\u5b9a\u4f01\u696d\u8207\u5b89\u7f6e\u8005\u4e4b\u9593\u662f\u5426\u6709\u96c7\u50ad\u95dc\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8209\u4f8b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u5361\u7279\u88cf\u5a1c\u76ee\u524d\u662f\u8b77\u7406\u5c08\u696d\u4e09\u5e74\u7d1a\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5361\u7279\u88cf\u5a1c\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u5176\u6240\u5728\u5dde\/\u9818\u5730\u7684\u4e00\u5bb6\u91ab\u9662\u7a4d\u7d2f\u81f3\u5c114\u5468\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u624d\u80fd\u7562\u696d\u3002\u5361\u7279\u88cf\u5a1c\u5728\u5df2\u7d93\u8207\u5979\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u5efa\u7acb\u806f\u7cfb\u7684\u91ab\u9662\u9032\u884c\u5c31\u696d\u5b89\u7f6e\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5927\u5b78\u6279\u6e96\uff0c\u5361\u7279\u88cf\u5a1c\u77e5\u9053\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u5b78\u7fd2\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u7372\u5f97\u5831\u916c\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u8a72\u5b89\u6392\u7b26\u5408Fair trials<\/strong><strong>\uff09\uff08\u6280\u80fd\u5c55\u793a\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u62db\u5de5\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\u8981\u6c42\u9032\u884c\u6700\u9ad8\u4e0d\u8d85\u904e\u4e00\u500b\u8f2a\u73ed\uff08shift\uff09\u7684\u7121\u85aa\u8a66\u5de5\u4ee5\u8b49\u660e\u61c9\u8058\u8005\u6eff\u8db3\u7a7a\u7f3a\u8077\u4f4d\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u7528\u652f\u4ed8\u5de5\u8cc7\u3002\u7121\u85aa\u8a66\u5de5\u5fc5\u9808\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u53ea\u6d89\u53ca\u6280\u80fd\u7684\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u6280\u80fd\u8207\u7a7a\u7f3a\u8077\u4f4d\u6709\u95dc\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8a66\u5de5\u6642\u9593\u53ea\u662f\u8b49\u660e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6240\u9700\u6280\u80fd\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002\u9019\u5c07\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6027\u8cea\u548c\u5fa9\u96dc\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u53ea\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u8f2a\u73ed\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8a66\u5de5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u6f5b\u5728\u96c7\u4e3b\uff08\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\uff09\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u76e3\u7763\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u8d85\u51fa\u8b49\u660e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6240\u9700\u6280\u80fd\u7684\u5408\u7406\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u9032\u884c\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u96c7\u4e3b\u60f3\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8a55\u4f30\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u96c7\u7528\u61c9\u8058\u8005\u4f5c\u70ba\u81e8\u6642\u5de5\uff08Casual\uff09\u548c\/\u6216\u8a66\u7528\u671f\uff08Probation\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u652f\u4ed8\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u5de5\u8cc7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8209\u4f8b1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u5091\u514b\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u9211\u91d1\u52a9\u7406\u7684\u8077\u4f4d\u3002 \u96c7\u4e3b\u901a\u77e5\u5728\u9762\u8a66\u7576\u5929\u9700\u8981\u5728\u8eca\u9593\u8a66\u5de5\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u548c\u6280\u80fd\u6eff\u8db3\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u8981\u6c42\u3002 internships<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u57f9\u8a13\u6216\u5be6\u7fd2\u662f\u6307\u67d0\u4eba\u901a\u904e\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u7279\u5b9a\u8077\u696d\u6216\u884c\u696d\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u662f\u6e96\u54e1\u5de5\u5f9e\u5b78\u7fd2\u904e\u6e21\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u63a2\u7d22\u65b0\u8077\u696d\u9053\u8def\u7684\u5bf6\u8cb4\u9014\u5f91\u3002 \u6709\u6642\u6703\u8de8\u8d8a\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\u4e26\u4f34\u96a8\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u662f<strong>\u5c31\u696d\u5b89\u7f6e\uff08Student\/vocational
