2022年6月15日， Fair Work Commission宣布自2023财年起，最低工资将分阶段上调5.2%。由原来的$20.33每小时（每周$772.60）上调至$21.38每小时（每周$812.60），此次调整适用于所有类型的工资。
部分的蓝领行业有不同的最低工资标准，从最低的$21.38到$23.40不等。上调幅度均为5.2%。
农业：

- Nursery: $21.38
- Gardening/Landscaping: $21.38
- Horticulture: $21.38
建筑行业：
- Aquaculture: $21.38

制造业：
- Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing: $21.38

- Road Transport & Distribution: $22.59
- Road Transport (Long Distance): $23.40
Fair Work Commission每年都会根据当财年的财政计划、经济水平、生活标准及就业情况等进行不同程度的工资调整。
澳洲近七年内工资上调的具体情况如下：

通胀的压力使Fair Work调整的最低工资的比例比上一年增加了1倍多。
2023财年的养老金按照计划继续增加0.5%百分点，由10% 增长到 10.5%.
